Cheltenham Ante-Post
After just hearing that Gold Cup winner Coneygree is out for the rest of the season I thought it was time to set up the Ante-Post thread.

Any early thoughts chaps?

So far I have backed Myska for the Mares Novice Hurdle at 14s.

My second one is Open Eagle at 25s for the Supreme Novices.

Please use this thread for anything to do with Cheltenham Festival even if it is accomodation etc.

Sold,

first day I had a chance to get stuck in.

Class won out in all the big races, which makes it a joy compares to some fixed/non triers meeting at the likes of Southwell or Dundalk.

Managed to get tomorrow off so looking forward to a cracking GC and the rest.

Very nice happy.... I've been up all three days... had one of my biggest bets ever had (£50) on Thistlecrack today... won't be doing that again in a hurry and I'll stick to me £3 & fivers !! Saying that never been more sure of a gee gee over the sticks... he is an incredible animal and a absolute joy to watch... probably the most powerful 3 mile hurdler I have ever seen

How's it been going Jon? Decent week so far?

Re: Cheltenham Ante-Post
Great run Billy, had him backed EW at 50s and 33s.

You said he would chase Yanworth up the hill and he did. Yorkhill was the spoiler but 3rd in a Cheltenham Festival race is brilliant.

Some ew mixes on the big prices.

Beginning to think Little Jon might be a plot horse..33/1 could be massive.

Footie:

Lazio
Seville
Valencia
Bayer L
12/1

Re: Cheltenham Ante-Post
Cheers Billy. One of the best Cheltenhams I've ever had and that has helped.

Just come off the phone to the old man and he got on it too. Turned the telly on as they were rounding the corner at the top of the hill and I could see the place was done and dusted. Thought you might come again after a good jump at the last too.

Well done though.
